Tinus has completed over 13,000 hours of coaching and facilitation (this includes over 1,200 hours of coaching and more than 300 hours of Strengths Strategies coaching) with clients from a wide variety of cultures and countries, and from specialists to top executives.
Tinus worked in HR, Rewards & Recognition, Leadership & Talent Development and Executive & Leadership Coaching roles at large organisations, before recently acting on his passion to focus full-time on coaching.
