He has been responsible for a wide spectrum of people initiatives, including the establishment of talent management practices, employer branding, strategic workforce planning and shaping people strategies for business growth.  Gys enjoys integrating the complexities of business and psychology to arrive at simplicity, to achieve the most impactful employee and customer experience.
