Steve is our global People Acuity (a US-based Strengths Strategy company) business development partner, and lead on all People Acuity leadership and certification training programs.
He is the Chief Learning Officer and Business Psychologist for People Acuity Inc and is an integral part of the research team exploring the application of strengths focussed solutions to increase organisational performance, trust and engagement.
Steve has co-authored the book Shift Up! Strengths Strategies for Optimal Living with People Acuity co-thought leaders, DeAnna Murphy and Lisa Gregory, and was twice recognised as one of the Top Global Coaching Leaders (CHRO Asia).
With his intimate understanding of human psychology and performance management, he has an unparalleled ability to bring out the very best in each person he works with. He maintains registration as a Psychologist and uses his understanding of human psychology in support of his clients. He is passionate about the application of positive and solution based thinking to create peak performance at individual, team and organisational levels. Steve provides insight and support to help leaders create synergy within teams by attending to task and relationship outcomes.
