Human Capital Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2001 by Liezel Pheiffer Blignaut, and started trading as HCBsolutions (our website domain since 2002) in 2021.
Liezel founded the company after ten years working in different listed companies where she was responsible to establish or renew HR and OD functions and initiatives. Having worked for clients across industries, functions, regions and across numerous strategy, change and development initiatives for decades, Liezel remains well-positioned to understand global challenges and trends, design solutions, and steer the team towards execution of a vision for the future.
Our first slogan in 2002 ‘People is the Sustainable Differentiator’ remains relevant. Our logo device since 2001 demonstrate the interface between business and people, showing movement and progress.
Our strategic focus remain to provide customised, innovative, for-impact business and people insights and solutions for current and emerging business and workplace challenges and future trends.
Our solutions have evolved to now also include flagship people insight and development solutions. Since 2016 when Liezel returned from seven years living and consulting in Qatar, our team has grown with consultants, facilitators and coaches with a passion to make a difference and have an impact. We stay plugged into trends, provide thought-leadership in our respective fields, and work with people and clients across industries and countries.
The growth of our team and clients is the result of our continued focus on solutions, what we do, why and how, and being guided by our slogan ‘Think Different. Be Different. Make a Difference’.
