We have followed a hybrid model with associates for more than a decade. This enables us to rope in the expertise and skills for what is required given our scope of solutions (and not who is on our payroll).

We have a core team of ‘direct’ associates, and also associates and people in our direct network (some who also have their own consulting businesses) – highly experienced professionals, advisors, consultants, facilitators and coaches.

Our consultants have experience across different companies (including international and/or prior corporate employment at well-known listed companies).

Our coaches and facilitators have the required experience and coaching credentials or People Acuity certifications.
