Thrivin Development Programmes
Facilitated blended development journeys that help people shift how they see, lead, relate, contribute and perform
Development Needs More Than Content
Content can create awareness, but development lands when people reflect, discuss, apply and shift behaviour in their own context.
We combine Thrivin content and pathways with HCBsolutions facilitation, guided reflection, peer learning and practical application to support meaningful shifts in self-leadership, relationships, contribution and results.
Facilitated Blended Development Journeys
We deliver and integrate Thrivin, formerly People Acuity, content and pathways as facilitated blended development journeys.
Depending on your objectives, participant group and context, journeys may include online self-directed content, facilitated sessions, peer learning, guided reflection, practical application and optional coaching support.
Flagship Journey: Interdependent Self-Leadership
Shift towards self-awareness, stronger relationships and meaningful contribution
Interdependent Self-Leadership is our flagship foundational development journey.
It supports leaders, managers, mentors, mentees, high-potential employees, emerging talent and groups who need more than content.
Participants develop deeper self-awareness, apply their strengths more intentionally, shift perspective, improve relationships and lead themselves more effectively in different situations, roles and relationships.
Meaningful Self-Awareness
Creates deeper awareness of strengths, needs, triggers, patterns and choices
Strengths Applied Strategically
Moves beyond strengths awareness to intentional application in work and relationships
Interdependent Thinking
Supports healthier ways of relating, influencing and creating conditions with others
Meaningful Behavioural Shifts
Helps participants shift perspective, reduce frustration and act with more intention
Interdependent Self-Leadership is a deep discovery, development and growth journey focused on self-awareness, self-leadership, self-coaching and positive influence.
The journey goes beyond knowing strengths or identifying perceived weaknesses. Participants explore how to apply their strengths, choices and behaviours more intentionally to improve energy, relationships, contribution and results.
As participants develop stronger self-leadership, they are better able to influence others, engage constructively with difference, and create better conditions in their work and relationships.
Participants develop practical awareness, language and pathways to:
Strengthen self-awareness and self-leadership
Apply strengths more intentionally in real work and relationship contexts
Understand needs, triggers and patterns that can lead to frustration or depletion
Shift perspective and respond with more choice and intention
Strengthen interdependent thinking and positive influence
Improve confidence, contribution, relationships and results
Reduce frustration, judgement and blame by creating better conditions
Build practical self-coaching ability between facilitated sessions
Best suited for organisations developing self-aware, self-leading and self-accountable people across levels, including emerging talent, professionals, mentors, mentees, managers, leaders, executives and boards.
Delivery format, duration and group size are agreed based on the client’s objectives, participant group, delivery context and required level of support.
Journeys may include Thrivin online self-directed content, facilitated sessions, peer learning, guided reflection, practical application and optional coaching support.
Interdependent Self-Leadership can be delivered as a standalone in-company development journey, integrated into leadership, team, mentorship or culture development initiatives, or supported through coaching for individuals or small groups.
Additional Development Pathways
Depending on the objectives, participant group and desired outcomes, we can offer or integrate additional Thrivin pathways as standalone development experiences or as part of broader leadership, team, mentorship or culture development journeys.
Strengths at Work
Create strengths-role fit
A practical development pathway for people who need to better understand, apply and align their strengths with their work, roles, contribution and purpose. This can support confidence, energy, role clarity, engagement and more intentional contribution at work.
Strengths at Work helps participants understand how to align their strengths to their role, tasks and work purpose. The programme supports greater confidence, work-role effectiveness, contribution, energy and fulfilment by helping people use their strengths more intentionally in real workplace contexts.
Participants develop insight into how their strengths can support meaningful contribution, productivity, role alignment and workplace relationships. They also learn how to reduce work-related stress, diminish conflict and blame, engage more wisely with others who are different, and clarify how their role purpose connects to organisational purpose.
Strengths at Work is suited to employees, professionals, emerging talent, mentees, interns, graduates, and people transitioning from managing self to managing others. It is also useful for teams or groups needing stronger strengths-role fit, contribution, work-role effectiveness and purpose alignment
Delivered as a blended development programme using online self-directed Thrivin content and facilitated sessions. It can be delivered virtually over three modules or, where appropriate, adapted into an in-person format.
Coach-Like Leadership
Strengthen developmental conversations and empowering leadership practices
A deeper development pathway for leaders, mentors and in-company coaches who need to strengthen the quality of conversations that develop others. This journey supports participants to practise coach-like leadership, build confidence and apply skills with support over time.
Coach-Like Leadership develops leaders to have more purposeful, empowering conversations about performance, development and growth. It supports leaders to shift from telling, directing or fixing towards guiding others to think, contribute, take ownership and improve.
Participants develop practical coach-like leadership skills, including micro-coaching, meaningful feedback, relationship agility, development conversations, delegation, problem-solving and the ability to support proactive accountability and performance self-management.
Best suited for leaders, managers, mentors and in-company coaches who have completed the foundational Self-Leadership programme and need to strengthen coach-like conversations, performance development, feedback, accountability and growth.
Delivered as a blended development programme using Thrivin content, online self-directed learning and facilitated sessions. It may also be integrated into broader leadership, team, mentorship or culture development journeys where coach-like leadership capabilities are needed.

What Makes Our Development Journeys Different
These journeys are not positioned as content completion or generic training.
We use Thrivin content and methodology as a foundation, adding HCBsolutions facilitation, contextualisation and application to help participants translate insight into meaningful changes in how they think, relate, contribute and lead.
Content Into Application
Participants do not only complete content. They reflect, discuss and apply learning in relation to their own work, relationships and objectives
Self-Leadership as Foundation
Development starts with self-awareness and self-leadership before expanding into relationships, contribution and leadership of others
Human Facilitation Layer
Facilitated sessions and guided conversations help people make meaning, practise new thinking and learn from others
Pathways to Meaningful Change
The journeys support shifts in perspective, behaviour, confidence, energy, relationships and results
