His coaching clients have reached between 26% and 167% overall growth against their coaching goals.
Tinus has completed over 13,000 hours of coaching and facilitation (this includes over 1,200 hours of coaching and more than 300 hours of Strengths Strategies coaching) with clients from a wide variety of cultures and countries, and from specialists to top executives.
Tinus worked in HR, Rewards & Recognition, Leadership & Talent Development and Executive & Leadership Coaching roles at large organisations, before recently acting on his passion to focus full-time on coaching.
He is a Mentor Coach and Educator for Applied Psychology in Coaching at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) and a Supervisor for intern coaches.
