Immersive personal development programs with a blended learning approach that combine online self-discovery content with either facilitated sessions (groups) or guided sessions (individuals or small groups).

We offer the immersive development programs of People Acuity™, providing opportunities for personal discovery, growth and shifts.
The blended learning programs involves online content, and either facilitated group sessions (for 16 – 24 participants per group) or coaching guided sessions (one-on-one sessions for individuals or group sessions for small groups).
We also integrate these programs in our customised leadership, team, people and culture, mentoring and coaching development journeys, that could include our highly recommended post-program coaching sessions to deepen and accelerate changing ‘doing’ and ‘being’.
STRENGTHS AT WORK
CREATE STRENGTHS-ROLE FIT
Delivery: Virtual group sessions (1 day in-person on request) + online content
Duration: 3 modules over 3 or 6 weeks
Group Size: 16 – 24 participants
Time Investment for each of the 3 Modules: 2-hour virtual session + 1-hour online content + 1-hour peer group session

The People Acuity™ Strengths At Work program is development journey designed for people who want to purposefully increase their joy and passion at work, their strengths-role-fit, and their ability to add unique value to their team and organization.
Leaders, managers and supervisors with functional and people responsibilities, and employees, young workplace entrants, Mentees, Interns, high potential and high professional talent will all benefit.
Effective strengths use means recovering from stress, burnout, and also understanding the role you are best suited for and bringing more of your best self to it. Using your strengths at work means more fulfilment, feeling more connected and in control of your own energy and performance at work.

Duration: 7 modules over 7 or 14 weeks

The People Acuity™ Self-Leadership program is a core and foundational deep discovery, development and growth journey, focused on self-awareness, self-leadership, and self-coaching.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Self-Leadership Program
Delivery: Virtual group sessions
Duration: 7 modules over 14 or 21 weeks
Group Size: 16 – 24 participants

Optional: Coach-Like Leadership Certification following the program
