Quiet Quitting is about a psychological disconnect and setting the boundaries, and even to redefine your priorities and relationship with work.
Especially (but not exclusively) younger generations want work-life balance/integration, working for a purpose and more flexibility in the workplace.
Leaders need to pay more attention to balancing energy, engagement, wellbeing and what people need, with tasks, outcomes and performance.
